  1. Is dResume free?

  2. How do I create an account?

  3. What is dual validation?

    You must validate both your email and phone to activate your account.

  4. Is there a time limit to validation of email and mobile?

    Yes. 3 days from the date of registration. If the time exceeds, your profile will be deleted. You may create one afresh.

  5. I did not receive validation email and / or SMS. What can I do?

    Click here and enter your email id / mobile number. You will receive your validation email if your account is pending validation. If not, you will be directed to registration page where you can register afresh.

  6. Can I create multiple accounts?

    No. Please don't.

  7. Can I refer friends?

    Please. Invite them to create their account with your referral link. You will earn 1 share for every successful referral. Click here to know more about the referral program.

  8. Do I have to be a member to refer?

    Yes. Creating a dResume will be very useful even if you are not looking for a job.

  9. What is profile completion?

    A resume should be complete for it to be available for recruiters.

  10. How many files can I save in my career folder?

    Maximum allotted space for an account is 100 MB. You can save as many documents as you want within this space limit.

  11. How can I store more than 100 MB?

    We are working on option to purchase more space online. In the meantime, email if you require more space. We will send you the pricelist and payment link.

  12. Can I edit my email id or phone number?

    Yes. You can. If you want to change your email, you will receive separate validation keys to new email and old mobile. Vice-versa for mobile. You must enter both for editing. You cannot edit both email and mobile at the same time.
