Designed, developed & launched in 2011, GotoGulf is today a leading Job site catering to the Middle East GCC countries. With around 2 million registered and validated jobseekers from over 150 countries, it offers companies a comprehensive hiring platform.

In 2010, I started RecruitmentExchange.com along with Supriya to offer comprehensive solution to Job boards. We have been choosy in selecting clients & have been part of some real success stories. Recruitment Exchange has received various prestigious awards.

In 2005, I felt there is a real need for a Recruitment Software for the Indian market. 24x7 Software Technologies was born to cater to this need. RecruitPro FOSS, an open source recruitment solution was very well received globally with over 5000 potential users. RecruitPro 360, a fully customisable recruitment software was one of its type in the industry. We had developed various Recruitment and Testing applications for leading Indian Public Sector companies.

I started Woodlands Tours and Travels, a local travel operator offering Sight seeing trips and travel solutions to tourists visiting Ooty. When the market had only 2 daily location based sight-seeing tours, I had conceptualized & introduced 'Filmy Chakkar', a sight seeing tour to shooting spots in the Nilgiris. This tour was an instant hit among tourists & is today the most popular one.

Though I am no longer in the tours business, I feel satisfied that I was able to create something that provides livelihood and employment to over 1000 people!
